Cooldown is a self-help and behavioral-support tool. It is not therapy, medical care, counseling, or crisis intervention, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Satori is an AI, not a clinician. Nothing in the Service is medical advice.

If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or need medical or mental-health care, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services right away.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Satori's replies are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or not right for your situation. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on the Service as your sole source of support.

You agree not to:

Cooldown offers a free tier. We may offer paid plans; if you subscribe, the price, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation terms shown at purchase will apply, along with any provider terms for payment processing. Details will be added here when paid plans launch.

The Service, its content, and its branding are owned by Cooldown and protected by law. You keep ownership of the information you provide, and you grant us the permission needed to operate and improve the Service for you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome, including quitting or reducing any behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cooldown and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

You can stop using Cooldown and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
